The thermal oil boiler diesel burner refers to the boiler diesel burner heated by the thermal oil. Heat transfer oil, also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium oil, has been used as an intermediate heat transfer medium in industrial heat transfer processes for more than 50 years. The boiler diesel burner is developed based on the design concept of forced circulation. Generally, coal, petroleum, and natural gas are used as fuels, and heat transfer oil is used as a medium. The hot oil circulation pump is used to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. The heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. 1. The drying steps of the thermal oil boiler diesel burner: (1) Open the air valve and open the fan for no less than 5 minutes. (2) Open the flue baffle to 1/5. Place undecorated wood in the center of the grate. Light up or bake at low temperature. Try not to encourage induced draft fans. (3) The temperature of boiler water is maintained at 70-80℃. The furnace temperature should rise slowly to ensure uniform expansion of all parts. (4) Turn the grate regularly to remove the ash. Prevent the grate from burning out. The oven time depends on the specific conditions, until dry. Usually about 7 days. 2. Steps for heating the oil-fired boiler diesel burner: (1) Before the boiler diesel burner is operated, rust, oil and sludge must be exhausted through the boiler diesel burner. The cooking oven can be synchronized later in the oven. (2) Boiler diesel burner medicine is NaOH4~5Kg / T Na3PO4 3~4Kg / T boiler diesel burner water. Batch by the upper hose. (3) Only the air valve or safety valve steam can start to increase the heating temperature. Flush the pressure gauge and water level gauge. (4) Industrial boiler diesel burners generally take three days. The design pressure on the first day is 15%, the design pressure on the second day is 30%, and the design pressure on the third day is 50%. When the dew drops below 70% after stopping the furnace to cool, drain and rinse in time. Matters needing attention 1. Matters needing attention for heat transfer fluid 1. According to the thermal process requirements, correctly select the appropriate brand of heat transfer fluid, and strictly abide by the Ministry of Chemical Industry 'Heat Carrier Heating Safety Technical Regulations'. Use heat transfer fluid correctly. 2. Check carefully during use, strictly prevent water leakage, acid, alkali and low boiling point substances from entering the use system, and install a filter device to prevent mechanical debris from entering to ensure the purity of the oil. 3. The energy-saving heat exchange fluid is suitable for coal-burning, oil-fired heating furnace as a heat carrier, electric heating reaction and other heating equipment. There should be high and low tanks and other safety components and temperature control instruments and other supporting facilities to ensure safe operation. 4. When replacing the old thermal equipment with a new thermal fluid, the debris on the inner wall of the system must be removed to avoid affecting the heat transfer efficiency and service life of the thermal fluid. 5. Once the high temperature heat transfer fluid has been used for half a year, oil analysis should be performed. If the heat transfer effect is poor or abnormal after long-term use, it shall be determined according to oil analysis (the carbon residual content does not exceed 1.5%, the acid value does not exceed 0.5mgKOH/g, the flash point change rate does not exceed 20%, and the viscosity change rate does not exceed 15%) . If one of them fails, some new oil or all oil changes should be considered. 6. It is strictly forbidden to use over temperature during operation to ensure the normal service life of the heat transfer fluid. 2. Operation precautions 1. When the pressure difference is unstable, it must not be put into use. 2. When the hot oil drops below 80℃, the hot oil circulating pump can be stopped. 3. Ensure good oil circulation in the system at high temperatures. 4. During normal operation, the high water tank should be kept at a high water level, and the low water tank should be kept at a low water level. 5. Lubricating oil should be injected into various operating equipment as required. 6. The temperature of the hot oil must not exceed the allowable working temperature of the thermal fluid. 8. During emergency shutdown, do not cast the furnace with water. 9. Ensure that the slag machine is well sealed. 10. The temperature rise must follow the temperature rise curve. 11. Pay close attention to changes in the system's nitrogen sealing pressure. When the pressure is exceeded, the positive pressure of the system should be maintained, and the nitrogen sealing pressure numbers of the high and low tanks should be supplemented in time. 3. Installation and commissioning The use and installation of the organic heat carrier furnace must be approved and registered by the Quality Supervision Bureau, and the construction should be carried out by a unit holding a boiler diesel burner installation permit issued by the Quality Supervision Bureau. Requirements for the boiler diesel combustion engine room The design and layout of the boiler diesel combustion engine room shall comply with the safety supervision regulations for the hot water boiler diesel combustion engine. And should comply with the national fire design code. Design layout requirements 1. The equipment layout should be easy to operate, access and maintain. 2. The bottom of the high trough should be at least 1.5 meters higher than the top of the furnace, and should not be arranged directly above the furnace. The volume of the high slot shall not be less than 1.3 times of the system expansion volume. 3. The low tank should be located at the lowest part of the system and must be separated from the hot oil furnace by a partition. The volume of the low tank shall not be less than 1.2 times the total oil volume. 4. The electric control cabinet should be set up in a place without heat radiation and should face the operator for easy observation and maintenance. 5. Other equipment can be arranged according to specific conditions, please refer to 'Process Flow Chart'. Fourth, equipment installation requirements 1. During the foundation construction, the elevation, depth and marking of the foundation can be determined according to the basic diagram of the furnace equipment and the local soil conditions and requirements. 2. After the equipment is installed in place, water the anchor bolts, align and level them, and then tighten the anchor bolts. 3. For oil burners, 10-20mm asbestos rope should be laid at the connection between the furnace body and the base, and the connecting bolts should be tightened to meet the sealing requirements. 4. After the furnace body is connected to the hearth, it must be built with refractory bricks and sealed with refractory castables and furnace tubes, which are 1-2 turns higher than the furnace tube. 5. Pipeline layout requirements: the pipe diameter should be reasonably determined according to the pipe length, the heat conditions of the pump head and the equipment. 1. The pipeline should be seamless steel pipe (GB/T8163), welding or flange valve fittings should be at least 1.6MPa, cast iron and non-ferrous metals are not allowed, and debris and impurities should be removed before installing the pipe fittings. . 2. The diameter of the expansion pipe connected to the oil-gas separator and the high trough shall not be less than the value specified by the safety technical supervision of the organic heat carrier furnace, the bending angle of the pipe shall not be less than 120 degrees, and the pipeline shall not be installed with valves and insulating layers. 3. The diameter of the high slot overflow pipe should not be less than the diameter of the expansion pipe. 4. The diameter of the low-groove exhaust pipe should be one level higher than the specified value of the expansion pipe. It is not suitable to install a valve on the exhaust pipe, and a rain-proof elbow should be installed. The low groove exhaust pipe should be connected to a safe place. 5. Exhaust valves and exhaust valves should be set at the highest and lowest points of the system. 6. When the low tank is connected to the circulation system, two valves must be installed. 7. The slope of pipeline installation should be 2‰ to 3‰. 8. The pipe racks should be set reasonably, and heat compensation measures should be taken for the pipes. 9. The sealing material at the pipe joint should be graphite gasket, wrapped with metal or expanded composite graphite gasket !
