Technicians tell us that there is always a reaction at the interface between oil and air. The reaction is oxidation. Generally speaking, oil will oxidize with air at a temperature above 60°C. Oxides will slowly form gums and some deposits, and adhere to the heater and pipe surfaces to form carbon deposits. In addition, the acids produced by these oxidation reactions can corrode equipment. The oxidation stability of heat transfer oil can maintain the good heat transfer effect of the system. These are two common characteristics of heat transfer oil to share with friends. One is that it has very important stability, and the other is that it has oxidation stability. These two attributes are very important and complement each other. The oxidation stability keeps the whole system good heat transfer effect. In the normal use of the electric heating oil heat transfer furnace, if there is a sudden power failure, the cold oil should be replaced immediately. Since the circulating oil pump stops running when the power is cut off, the heat transfer oil in the furnace tube is affected by the residual heat in the furnace, and the heat transfer oil temperature exceeds the maximum allowable value within 1 to 2 minutes. During normal shutdown, the temperature gradually decreases, the temperature of the heat transfer oil drops below 70°C, and the hot oil circulation pump stops running.
