Combustor gas requires compressed air to operate normally

2021-01-18 00:00

To When the power is turned on, the combustion engine gas motor starts and an electric spark is generated between the ignition electrodes. After pre-blowing for about 13 seconds, the oil pump solenoid valve automatically opens, and the oil mist sprayed from the nozzle is ignited by electric sparks to form a flame. At this time, the flame detector senses the brightness of the flame, and the controller enters the locked state. The ignition electrode delays ignition for about 15 seconds to stop the ignition, and the burner enters the normal working state. If the ignition is unsuccessful, the flame is not formed or the flame detector does not feel the brightness of the flame, the safety alarm system will be activated after about 10 seconds after the safety time, and the starting process of the burner will be cut off, and the red light will be lit. When the combustion engine gas has just started, such as the flame detector, the brightness is felt, the safety system has been activated, the controller has not entered the normal program, the solenoid valve has not been opened, the nozzle has not sprayed, and the safety time of about 10 seconds after minutes, the fault is red Light. Therefore, when igniting the burner, be sure to cover the flame detector first and keep it out of sight. After the burner gas emits a flame, immediately release the flame detector, otherwise the burner gas will not work normally. Before restarting the burner, the burner will burn the red light for 3 minutes. Many burners require compressed air to operate properly. First check whether the compressor can provide the pressure required by the oil burner. Clean all filters on the pipeline, check for leaks in the pipeline, and repair if necessary. 1. Combustion/atomization fan-check whether the combustion or atomization fan inlet is installed in the working environment. Repair the leak and damage the fan housing. 2. Observe the operation of the blade to see if there is too much noise and vibration, if it can be eliminated by adjusting the blade. Check the connection between the fan outlet and the burner inlet to fix possible leaks. For belt-driven blowers, regularly lubricate the bearings and tighten the belt. Make sure that the blower generates the rated pressure and check the current intensity. Clean and lubricate the air valve connector and adjust the air valve to see if it runs smoothly. 3. Main fan-check whether there is a protective device at the entrance of the main fan, whether the working environment meets the requirements, and repair the leakage on the fan. When operating the blade, please observe the condition of the blade to see if there is excessive noise and vibration. If you can adjust the blade to eliminate these phenomena. Determine if the required air pressure is reached, clean and lubricate the connection, and then adjust the air valve to see if the operation is smooth.
