The bottom of the diesel burner of the coal-fired vertical heat-conducting oil boiler adopts a chain grate. The vertical chain grate heat-conducting oil boiler diesel burner is based on the second-generation heat-conducting oil boiler diesel burner and has been innovated in many aspects. Product function Vertical chain grate heat-conducting oil boiler diesel burner combines the advantages of manual-burning heat-conducting oil stove light oil burner and machine-burning heat-conducting oil stove light oil burner. There are six improvements in the upper body: (1) The heating surface and the top tube are added to the radiant heating area to make full use of the heating surface. Matters needing attention Matters needing attention for vertical coal heat conduction oil burner light oil burner: 1. Operate strictly in accordance with the heating curve. 2. Do not put into use when the pressure difference is unstable. 3. When the oil temperature is lower than 80 degrees Celsius, the hot oil circulating pump cannot stop running. 4. At high temperature, ensure good circulation of heat transfer oil. 5. During normal operation, the heat transfer oil in the high water tank should be at a high level, and the heat transfer oil in the water storage tank should be at a low level. 6. The oil discharge temperature shall not exceed the allowable working temperature of the heat transfer oil. 7. When the stove is stopped in an emergency, do not rinse the stove with water. 8. Different types of heat transfer oil shall not be mixed. 9. The blowing out of the oil storage tank should be connected to a safe area. 10. The first heating rate must follow the heating curve. 11. Open the induced draft fan before starting the induced draft fan, and stop the induced draft fan before stopping the induced draft fan. 12. The diesel combustion engine room of the boiler should be equipped with electrical appliances and oil fire equipment. The operating procedures of the heat-conducting oil boiler diesel burner: check before starting 1. Whether the heating furnace and its surrounding environment are clean and free of debris, check whether the furnace body, burner, controller, fire hole and smoke (chimney) passage are normal; 2. Countercurrent process equipment and process, check whether the oil level of the expansion tank is higher than 1/4 to 1/2 level, whether the thermometer and pressure gauge are normal; 3. Connect the heating furnace control cabinet power supply, check whether the voltage is normal, check the indicator lights and all Display whether the instrument is normal; 4. Adjust the main pressure reducing valve and the secondary pressure reducing valve to control the pressure at 0.005mpa. Second, start, 1. Start the heat transfer oil circulating pump (standby, in accordance with the pump's operating rules), and keep the pressure stable for about 0.5 hours after starting the pump; 2. Press the burner start button and observe whether the flame in the furnace is burning normally. If it does not ignite, please start the burner again after troubleshooting. 3. Stop operation 1. Normal stop (1) Reduce the temperature gradually, turn off the burner, and stop burning; (2) When the temperature of the hot oil drops below 70℃, stop the operation of the hot oil circulation pump (see the operation rules of the water pump) (3) Turn off the main power supply and make a record of switching. 2. Emergency stop If the furnace is stopped in an emergency, the burner should be shut down quickly, and the burner should be moved along the burner reaming axis to form a natural ventilation state between the furnace and the chimney, and heat accumulation and distribution in the furnace, so as to conduct heat The oil cools naturally to prevent overheating. 4. Matters needing attention During the inspection and inspection, please pay attention to check whether there is any leakage around the light oil burner of the heat transfer oil furnace. There should be enough oil and electricity fire fighting equipment nearby. Do not use water as a fire extinguishing agent; !
