In production, there are often some problems in the operation of the thermal oil boiler diesel burner. So let's briefly explain below. 1. Why do we need to chemically clean the newly installed and overhauled boiler diesel burner? In the process of manufacturing, transportation, installation and maintenance of the thermal oil boiler diesel burner, some impurities such as grease, scrap iron, welding slag and iron oxide will inevitably be produced and adhere to the pressure parts of the soda water system. Once these impurities enter the steam-water system in operation, they will cause great harm to the boiler diesel burner and steam turbine. Therefore, the boiler diesel burner must be chemically cleaned to remove these impurities before new installations and large corrections are put into operation. 2. Are there regulations on the time and temperature of water filling before starting the diesel burner of the boiler? Why is that? The water speed before starting the heat-conducting oil boiler diesel combustion engine should not be too fast, generally not less than 4h in winter, 2~3h in other seasons, the initial water should be slow. The inlet water temperature of the cold boiler diesel burner is generally 50-90°C, so the difference between the inlet water temperature of the inlet bucket and the drum wall temperature is not more than 40°C. For incompletely cooled boiler diesel burners, the inlet water temperature can be compared with the drum wall temperature. Generally, the difference should be controlled within 40℃, otherwise the inlet water speed should slow down. The reasons are: (1) Because the drum wall is thicker, the expansion is slower, while the tube wall connecting the drum wall is thinner and expands faster. If the water inlet temperature is too high or the water inlet speed is too fast, it will cause uneven expansion, crack the welding tip, and cause equipment damage. (2) When the water enters the drum, it always contacts the lower half of the drum first. If the temperature difference between the temperature of the water supply and the temperature of the drum wall is too large, when the water inlet speed is fast, the drum wall, inner and outer walls will produce a larger The difference in expansion causes a large additional stress on the roller, causing deformation of the roller and serious cracks. 3. How does the low temperature corrosion on the heated surface of the tail occur? The sulfur in the fuel burns to form SO2, which combines with the oxygen in the flue gas to form SO3. When the temperature of the heating surface is lower than the dew point of the flue gas, the flue gas and the steam in SO3 combine to form sulfuric acid vapor, which condenses on the heating surface and causes low-temperature corrosion of the heating surface. The cold end of the air preheater is susceptible to low temperature corrosion. 4. When is the emergency shutdown? (1) When the drum water level exceeds the limit value. (2) When all the water level gauges of the boiler diesel burner are damaged. (3) When the superheated steam pipe, reheat steam pipe and main water supply pipe burst. (4) When the rear part of the boiler diesel burner is reburning. (5) When all suction fans, blowers and air preheaters stop running. (6) When the reheating steam is interrupted. (7) When the boiler diesel burner pressure rises to the working pressure of the safety door, all safety doors refuse to move. (8) When the equipment is seriously damaged due to the explosion of the furnace or flue. (9) When the boiler diesel combustion engine is off. (10) When a fire occurs in the boiler diesel combustion engine room, it will directly affect the safe operation of the boiler diesel combustion engine. (11) The normal water level of the drum cannot be maintained when the furnace tube explodes. (12) When all operator stations are black or dead at the same time, the main parameters are lost to the monitoring device. 5. How to flush the drum water level gauge? There are three processes for flushing the water level gauge: water side flushing: open the drain door, close the steam side door, and open the water side door; steam side flush: open the drain door, close the water side door, and open the steam side door; co-development of soda water: open the drain door and open the steam Side door, open the water side door. Close the drain door after rinsing. 6. What are the main factors affecting the wear rate? (1) Gas, the speed of the material in the gas (2) The particle size and hardness of the material concentration (3) The surface shape and hardness of the wearing part (4) The relative movement direction of the material and the wear component is the biggest influence is the airflow speed, The wear is proportional to the speed of the third power. 7. Why should the temperature be controlled between 850 and 950? (1) The ash will not melt at this temperature, thereby reducing the risk of slag (2) It has a higher desulfurization efficiency at this temperature (3) The combustion gas at this temperature contains less nitrous oxide gas (4) ) The coal alkali metal sublimation at this temperature can reduce the heating area of the slag. 8. Why do boiler diesel burners need to blow pipes? Some boiler diesel burner steam-water system equipment, such as reducing warm water, starting bypass, superheater, reheater piping system, etc., are not suitable for chemical cleaning due to structure, material, layout and other reasons, so the new package is officially in the boiler diesel burner Before operation, physical methods are required to remove internal residual impurities, so this furnace is used to generate steam blowpipe treatment systems and equipment. 9. Which boiler diesel burner maintenance method is commonly used? (1) Wet protection: There are hydrazine method, ammonia method, water pressure holding method, steam heating method, alkali liquefaction method, protection method of mixed solution of sodium phosphate and nitrite; (2) Dry protection: dry method (using pressure Release water) and desiccant methods. 10. What are the reasons for the deterioration of steam quality (steam pollution)? (1) Water vapor. Boiler diesel burner feed water contains impurities. After entering the boiler diesel combustion engine, the feed water is heated to steam, and most of the impurities are transferred to the boiler diesel combustion engine water. The boiler water with high concentration of impurities is carried by saturated steam called steam and water, and steam and water are called mechanical carry, which is the first cause of steam pollution. (2) Steam dissolves salt. The second cause of steam pollution is that steam can dissolve some salt under high working pressure. !
