Solution; adjust the damper appropriately, but it cannot be completely closed.    3 Ignition electrode or ignition transformer failure If the ignition transformer does not ignite, or the ignition electrode is too dirty in the wrong position, an ignition failure will occur. Treatment method; test whether the ignition transformer is ignited, and the troubleshooting method is introduced to clean the ignition electrode and adjust the ignition gap to maintain 2-3mm.    4 Gas valve group failure. During normal ignition, the valve group will be opened in time, and the opening sound can be heard, and no flame will be established when it cannot be opened. Treatment method; check the valve group coil and adjust the opening of the valve.    5 Ignition controller failure All ignition programs are issued by the controller, and the controller is damaged and cannot be ignited normally. Treatment method; replace the controller.    ●Flameout failure When the burner is running and burning, it suddenly extinguishes fire, which is a flameout failure.    1 After the unstable gas source causes flame fluctuations, extinguish the fire, and how to deal with it; adjust the pressure and restart.    2 Flame detector failure The flame detection probe is grounded during operation, or when it is too dirty, no normal flame can be detected, and flameout occurs. Processing method; adjust the probe position and clean the probe surface. Restart. Caused flameout during the process. Treatment method; contact an electrician to check the power supply and wiring.    ●The burner does not start fault. Press the start button for a long time and the burner does not start    1 External interlocking failure The external temperature or pressure control does not reach the lower start limit; check the temperature or pressure setting value.    2 The internal interlock of the burner failed. When the air pressure is too high or too low, the air pressure switch is normally closed and is not closed, and the air door mechanism is not in place, both will appear. Check step by step.    3 The program controller has not been reset for faults, so reset it again.    4. Fan motor overheat protection, reset the thermal relay.    5. Check whether the start button of the control cabinet is normal.    6. Circuit failure Check whether the start signal is normal and the voltage insurance is normal.
