The thermal oil boiler diesel burner refers to the boiler diesel burner heated by the thermal oil. Heat transfer oil, also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium oil, has been used as an intermediate heat transfer medium in industrial heat transfer processes for more than 50 years. The boiler diesel burner is developed based on the design concept of forced circulation. Generally, coal, petroleum, and natural gas are used as fuels, and heat transfer oil is used as a medium. The hot oil circulation pump is used to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. The heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. Oil and gas separator structure (1) There are three cavities in the oil and gas separator. The space where the filter is located is the low-pressure chamber, the space where the spherical float is located is the high-pressure chamber, and the space where the oil return float is located is the atmospheric chamber. (2) The three chambers are connected by four valves. There is an oil outlet valve between the low pressure room and the high pressure room, an air outlet valve between the high pressure room and the atmospheric room, and a cone valve and a flat valve between the atmospheric room and the low pressure room. The oil and gas separator on the heat-conducting oil boiler diesel burner separates water and gas from the heat-conducting oil and discharges it from the boiler diesel burner to ensure that the boiler diesel burner has a stable oil pressure. Moreover, this is an important part, because new heat transfer oil usually contains water. If the water is not discharged, the pressure of the heat transfer oil will fluctuate, making it unstable. Therefore, the oil and gas separator should avoid this problem. The common faults of the oil and gas separator include: oil and gas cannot be separated, exhaust pipe oil, in addition, no oil supply and insufficient oil supply, vibration and noise. (1) The oil and gas cannot be separated, and the oil contains air bubbles. The main reason why oil and natural gas cannot be separated is the turbidity of the oil in the tank. There are many reasons why oil and natural gas cannot be separated. Any loose seals at the flexible pipes, valves, and joints of the separator under the pipeline may inhale a large amount of gas. At present, oil-free air compressors are the basis for the improvement and development of oil and air compressors. on. Two methods are mainly used: one is to replace oil with water, not a self-lubricating coating on the electroplated rotor. Because both ends of the high-speed bearing rotor need oil lubrication, it is necessary to make the rotor bearing lubrication and the rotor seal mutually compress. The high-speed seal makes the processing accuracy of the oil-free compressor quite high and the cost is high. Fire prevention 1. Pipe burst fire 1. The oil quality is poor and the residual carbon in the oil is too much. If the heat transfer oil is inadvertently mixed with water, impurities or other grease during storage, transportation or operation and maintenance, when the temperature of the heat transfer oil rises to 100 ℃, it will cause oil injection and fire, or the water will evaporate and generate high pressure at high temperature, resulting in The equipment exploded over pressure. Add carbon residues in the oil index. The heat transfer oil will undergo some chemical changes during the heating operation and produce a small amount of high polymer, and local overheating will produce coke. These high polymer and carbon residues are insoluble in the oil and suspended in the oil. In the operation of these substances, they will be deposited on the bottom of the drum and overheated bumps, deposited on the tube wall and overheated. Therefore, the heat transfer oil should be sampled and analyzed on a regular basis, and the quality changes of the oil products should be grasped in time, and the reasons for the changes should be analyzed. New heat transfer oil should be added regularly to make the carbon residue basically stable. The heat transfer oil added to the boiler diesel burner must be dehydrated in advance. 2. The outlet temperature exceeds the temperature and the flow rate is too low. Sometimes due to high oil temperature and engine temperature does not rise, it cannot meet production needs. Some units take the method of increasing the outlet temperature to ensure the heat supply. As a result, the outlet temperature is close to or even exceeds the maximum allowable use temperature of the heat carrier, which intensifies the degree of coking, fouling, and heat transfer efficiency. Circulate until the furnace tube bursts. In addition, too low a flow rate will cause the temperature of most or part of the tube inner wall of the heat surface to be higher than the allowable oil film temperature, and shorten the normal service life of the heat transfer oil, resulting in drums, tube bursts and overheating. Therefore, the maximum oil temperature at the outlet of the boiler diesel burner should be about 30°C lower than the working temperature of the heat carrier to prevent the oil from overheating and decomposing during use. During operation, the speed of the heat transfer oil in the radiant heating surface pipe should not be less than 2m/s, and the speed of the heat transfer oil in the convection heating surface pipe should not be less than 1.5m/s to prevent the occurrence of carbon residue, blockage of the pipe diameter and pipe wall overheat. 2. Leakage fire Due to welding quality problems, part of the welding seam of the heat medium transport monitor will fall off or evaporate in a large amount when the temperature is too high, causing pipeline vibration or even damage, leading to a large amount of heat transfer oil leakage. However, heat transfer oil has a strong permeability, especially at the flange gasket, which is more serious. Therefore, when installing, choose a qualified installation company. The pipeline connection is well welded, and the flange connection is supplemented. The screw connection cannot be used. The flange connection should use oil-resistant, pressure-resistant, high-temperature resistant high-strength graphite products as the sealing gasket . All accessories in contact with the heat carrier must not be made of non-ferrous metals or cast iron. Should steel pipe be used? 20 steel seamless pipes, fasteners, especially connecting bolts on the main circuit are not used. 35 steel drums are more suitable. Before the boiler diesel burner is ignited, the boiler diesel burner supervision office and the installation company shall conduct pressure tests on all pipes and valves until leakage is found. The heat transfer oil should circulate in the system pipeline for no less than 60 minutes, and the ignition should be performed after confirming that it is normal. 3. Power failure and fire. When the thermal oil boiler diesel burner is in normal use, the unit will occasionally experience a sudden power failure. At this time, the circulating oil pump stops working, and the coal in the furnace continues to burn, causing the boiler diesel combustion engine oil temperature to continue to rise. If the oil temperature rises If it drops too quickly, the oil temperature will be locally overheated and coking in a short period of time, resulting in excessively high pipe overheating temperature. Therefore, in the event of a power failure and other failures, all furnace doors should be opened to immediately eliminate the remaining coal in the furnace, let a large amount of cold air enter the furnace, quickly reduce the furnace temperature, and eliminate the heat source; open the drain valve of the boiler diesel combustion engine synchronously. Slowly put the high-temperature oil into the oil storage tank, and let the cold oil in the expansion tank slowly flow into the boiler diesel burner to take away heat in time. Conditional devices can be equipped with dual power sources, such as small gasoline generators, whose circuits and circulation pump circuits are switched to prevent accidents caused by high oil temperature coking in a short time after power outage. In addition, the operation must be trained by the technical supervision department and issued a 'stoker operation certificate'. Only the licensed can operate the stoker independently to ensure timely elimination of abnormal conditions. Keep the circulating pump and the oil storage tank clean, remove the oil and dust accumulated on the surface at any time, and strictly prohibit external flying fire. !
