Because the heat-conducting oil boiler diesel burner works with heat-conducting oil as the heat transfer medium, everyone will have some questions , Does the heat transfer oil boiler diesel combustion opportunity leak? What if there is a leak? In response to this question, the editor made a specific answer. First of all, it is certain that if the thermal oil boiler diesel burner is used improperly, oil will leak. In order to prevent oil leakage, we can start from the following aspects: 1. Choose suitable heat transfer oil. The heat transfer oil with different characteristics is absolutely different, and the application is absolutely different. Each boiler diesel burner user should fully understand the actual characteristics of the heat transfer oil according to their actual needs, and then select the appropriate heat transfer oil to use. If you do not understand this, you can consult the boiler diesel burner manufacturer. 2. Work according to the characteristics of heat transfer oil. The first step is to choose the right heat transfer oil. The next step is to master the use of heat transfer oil. Need to know your own heat transfer oil heating capacity, boiling point, etc. The clearer you understand, the more stringent the operation of the boiler diesel combustion engine will be, which can effectively ensure the safety of the boiler diesel combustion engine. 3. Pay attention to monitoring the temperature of the heat transfer oil. During operation, the heat transfer oil should be monitored. The monitoring time must be fixed and recorded accordingly. Safety countermeasures (1) to ensure the safety of equipment The heat transfer oil heating system should be managed as a pressure equipment to ensure that the heating equipment is intact, otherwise the consequences will be very serious. The wall thickness and compressive strength of the equipment should be tested regularly during use, and pressure gauges, safety valves and drain pipes should be installed on the equipment and pipelines. (2) Strict and safe operation. When using the thermal oil boiler diesel burner, the temperature should not exceed 350℃ to avoid overpressure caused by temperature rise. In order to avoid overheating of the pipe wall on the heating surface of the heat transfer oil, the flow of the heat transfer oil should be turbulent, that is, the Reynolds number Rc> 10000, and there must be a certain speed to reduce the thickness of the boundary layer when flowing through the heating surface. The circulating pump of the heating medium cannot be stopped during heating operation. When the thermal load is reduced or temporarily stopped, the bypass return valve should be opened to adjust the system flow, so that the heat transfer oil in the pipeline has sufficient flow and flow. When starting, the heat-conducting oil boiler diesel burner should be preheated to the empty pipe of the heating surface pipe and the system pipe. The start-up ignition temperature rises because the heat transfer oil has low temperature, high viscosity, low flow rate, and film thickness. The temperature rise rate must be strictly controlled. Generally, it should be below 40-50°C/h to avoid local overheating. When the temperature of the circulating heat transfer oil is very high but the temperature of the thermal equipment cannot be increased, the outlet temperature of the heat transfer oil should not be increased blindly, but the cause should be found from the thermal equipment, such as fouling. Attention should be paid to the relationship between temperature and pressure. If the pressure is high and the temperature is low, it means there is water. If the pressure is low and the temperature is high, it means that the amount of heat transfer oil is insufficient, and heat transfer oil should be added. When the system stops running, the heat transfer oil circulating pump should continue to run for a period of time. After the heating medium has cooled, all the heat transfer oil in the system should be returned to the storage tank. In particular, no residue should be left on the heated surface. (3) Ensure that the heat transfer oil enters the water. It is strictly forbidden to mix water or other low-boiling impurities and flammable and explosive substances in the heat transfer oil. When starting, the water in the system should be drained first, and then the water inlet valve and check valve should be opened to remove the water in the heating medium according to the temperature rise regulations. The newly replaced or added heat transfer oil must be preheated and dehydrated before it can be added. When draining the water, first open the empty valve, and then use a small flame to increase the temperature of the heat transfer oil to 150°C at a heating rate of 5°C/h to make the water evaporate and escape. Then close the exhaust valve and heat it to 250°C at a temperature increase rate of 10°C/h. During the heating process, if you hear the sound of water or high pressure, you should immediately open a large exhaust valve to exhaust the steam, and then close the exhaust valve to start. When the boiler is shut down, the steam valve of the heat-conducting oil boiler diesel burner should be closed after releasing the heated material to prevent the material from leaking into the system. (4) Removal of coking and scaling. In production practice, it is safe for the coking thickness to be less than 2mm, and the coking layer in the furnace tube is between 0 and 1.5mm. At this time, the continuous accumulation of the coke layer is roughly balanced with the amount of melt washed away by the heat carrier. The thickness of the coke layer in the furnace tube can be measured by an ultrasonic thickness gauge. A filter should be installed at the inlet of the circulating pump to remove the suspended polymer and carbon particles precipitated by local polymer overheating caused by chemical changes. The filter should be easy to disassemble and replace in order to regularly remove residues and impurities and ensure the filtering effect. (5) To strengthen safety management, attention should be paid to the establishment and implementation of technical specifications and management regulations for the operation of heat transfer oil heating equipment, and the relevant laws, regulations and safety operating procedures should be strictly observed. The heat conduction oil heating operation should have a complete emergency treatment plan, especially to prevent overflow, splashing, leakage, overload and disease operation. Once there is a leakage point, the leakage point should be immediately blocked and the insulating cotton should be replaced. (6) Set up safety devices Set up automatic adjustment systems for temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level, alarm systems and safety relief devices to ensure that instruments and meters are sensitive and easy to use. During the heating process, if the pressure suddenly rises, please open the exhaust valve to release the pressure immediately, and close the valve of the heat carrier pipe leading to the heating device.
