Therefore, to find the reason from another aspect of the equipment, first determine whether the temperature sensor of the boiler diesel burner and heating equipment can be used normally, and then check whether the system pressure is stable and whether the system is attached to the inner wall. Precautions

2. Please start the circulating oil pump when the heat transfer oil is put into use. After running for half an hour, start to ignite and heat. It should be heated slowly during the first use. When the temperature rises to 180~200°C, it should be heated to about 20°C per hour and kept warm for a period of time before normal use.
3. Carefully check during use to prevent leakage of water, acid, alkali and low boiling point substances into the use system. The system should be equipped with a filtering device to prevent all kinds of debris from entering and to ensure the purity of the oil.
4. After half a year of use, the oil should be analyzed once. After long-term use, if poor heat transfer or other abnormal conditions are found, the oil should be analyzed and supplemented or replaced according to the analysis results. Standard judgment: Alkaline carbon does not exceed 1.0%, acid value does not exceed 0.5mgk(OH)/g, ignition point change is not less than 20%, viscosity change does not exceed 10%, one of which exceeds the standard should be replaced with new oil.
5. In order to ensure the normal service life and heat conduction effect of heat transfer oil, it is strictly forbidden to use it at high temperature.
