Scope of use The use and operation of the gas heat conduction oil boiler diesel burner. 3. Prepare before starting 3.1 Check whether the natural gas pressure is normal, whether the normal pressure is 20kpa-30kpa, and whether the gas alarm device is in the normal position; 3.2 Check whether the pipeline valve leaks, looseness and deformation are abnormal, and whether the valve switch is adjusted in place; 3.3 Safety Whether the accessories (pressure gauge, temperature gauge, safety valve, level gauge, explosion-proof door of boiler diesel combustion engine, etc.) are intact, complete, flexible and usable; 3.4 check whether the heat transfer oil system is normal; 3.5 check the indication of each instrument under static state Whether the value is correct; 3.6 After checking that the electrical components of the power distribution cabinet are not overheated or burned out, turn on the main power supply of the power distribution cabinet. 3.7 Start the air compressor and stabilize the air supply pressure at 0.5MP after the pipeline is dehydrated. 4 Start 4.1 Start the power supply, start the oil pump, and pour oil into the high oil tank until the high oil tank and low liquid level alarms are eliminated. 4.2 Start the heat transfer oil circulating pump, observe and record whether the pressure, temperature and other related parameters are normal. 4.3 Start the air compressor, connect the compressed cooling air, and the cooling air pressure shall not exceed 0.5MP. 4.4 Start the burner and perform ignition operation. Under the control of the controller, the burner completes the purging, the air volume detection, closes the small damper, opens the solenoid valve (gas leakage pressure measurement process), electronic ignition, and tests whether the ignition is successful. 4.5 After the burner is working normally, set the heat transfer oil outlet temperature according to the process requirements. 4.6 During the normal operation of the boiler diesel combustion engine, the stoker should be inspected once an hour to check whether the pressure gauge, thermometer, instrument, and ammeter are normal. The inlet pressure of the heat transfer oil is 0.4 MPa and the outlet pressure is about 0.2 MPa. The pressure should be between 1-2 kg/cm2 and not less than 1 kg. If it is less than 1㎏, check the cause and eliminate it, or it is not allowed to take the next step. 4.7 The normal flame of natural gas burning should be: wheat yellow, light blue and blue. 4.8 Check the situation in the furnace frequently through the observation hole, whether there are unknown flames and other abnormal conditions when the burner is ignited. Turn off the burner, pump and oil in an emergency. Nitrogen can be used to extinguish fires through fire holes. Do not use water to extinguish the fire. (Refer to 6 Emergency Stop) 5 Stop the furnace 5.1 Turn off the burner knob to stop the burner and close the gas valve. 5.2 After the heat transfer oil temperature is slowly cooled to below 70°C, turn off the heat transfer oil circulating pump, and then turn off the compressed air. 5.3 Turn off the main power supply, make a shift record and clean up the scene. 6 Emergency shutdown 6.1 Power failure 6.1.1 When a power failure occurs, immediately turn off the burner knob, close the control cabinet, and close the gas pipeline valve. 6.1.2 Open the oil drain valve and replace the cold oil in the expansion tank with the furnace. Pay attention to the oil volume and flow rate, and do not discharge the heat transfer oil. 6.2 Let the cat out 6.2.1 Turn off the burner quickly. Turn off the circulation pump. Close the gas line valve. 6.2.2 Close the valve of the leaking pipeline. If it cannot be closed, drain the oil to the low oil tank. 6.2.3 Equipped with sufficient oil and electricity fire fighting equipment, do not use water as a fire extinguishing agent. 6.2.4 Feedback the company's emergency situation. 7 Safety precautions 7.1 The working environment of the burner should be kept clean and dry, cleaned and maintained once per shift. The control circuit is not affected by humidity or high temperature. 7.2 The inspection of electrical facilities mainly includes: whether the wires are damaged, whether the sheath is damaged, whether the screws are loose, whether the contacts are good, and whether the motor runs without noise. 7.3 During normal operation, the part of the burner near the hot equipment (such as the flange connection) will be very hot, so burns must be avoided. Do not place combustible materials nearby to avoid fire. 7.4 In the process of starting the burner, if the repeated alarm of the burner is locked, find out the reason, find out the fault and eliminate the fault, press the reset button to continue starting. 7.5 In the event of a temporary power failure or gas leakage, the main solenoid valve of the natural gas pipeline will automatically close and stop gas supply. After the power is restored, supply power to the gas alarm device, and then remove the spool of the main solenoid valve by hand. 7.6 Do not close the red valve of the burner cooling duct to prevent overheating and damage to the ignition system due to lack of cooling air. 7.7 When the boiler is stopped, the boiler diesel burner should be well maintained, the furnace body should be cleaned, and all system components should be cleaned and lubricated. 7.8 Do not open the valve of the natural gas drain pipe. Except for the maintenance of the gas pipeline, it is always kept closed. 7.9 Foamed water must be used to detect leaks in natural gas pipelines after maintenance. During the leak detection, keep the pressure stable for 5 minutes without pressure change, and the leak cannot be used. The use of open flames for leak detection is prohibited. If there is a leak or an obvious gas odor, immediately open doors and windows for ventilation, and close the gas pipeline valve. 7.10 If it is necessary to weld boiler diesel burner system pipes and thermal equipment, the gas management flange and burner filter flange must be disconnected, and the power supply of the boiler diesel burner control cabinet must be turned off before welding. Prevent the instrument from being damaged by the potential difference of the pipeline. 7.11 Pull the air compressor pressure switch handle once per shift. Ensure that the pressure switch is working properly. Manual drainage 2 times per shift. 7.12 Check the air inlet of the blower frequently. The air inlet is unobstructed and free of debris. 8 Nature of natural gas 8.1 The main component of natural gas is alkanes, of which methane is the majority, a small amount of ethane, propane and butane, as well as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water gas, as well as a small amount of carbon monoxide and trace rare gases such as helium Gas and argon. Under standard conditions, methane-butane exists as a gas and pentane exists as a liquid. Methane is the shortest and lightest hydrocarbon molecule. 8.2 Natural gas is colorless and tasteless. Mercaptans are used to add odor to natural gas before use to facilitate leak detection. 8.3 If the oxygen in the air is not enough to sustain life, high concentrations of natural gas can cause death. 8.4 As a fuel, natural gas may also cause an explosion and cause casualties. Natural gas is lighter and more volatile than air. When it accumulates in a certain proportion in a closed environment such as a house, it will cause a strong explosion.
