The coal-fired heat transfer oil furnace light oil burner uses a circulating oil pump to force liquid phase circulation, and then transfers the heat energy to the thermal equipment, Go back and heat again. Coal-fired heat-conducting oil furnace light oil burners are widely used in petrochemical, textile printing and dyeing, plastic rubber, papermaking, petroleum, synthetic fibers, wood-based panels, fiberboard thermoforming, drying, non-stop steaming and other industries. Mineral wool board processing, gypsum board drying, asphalt heating, candy processing, candied date processing, noodle drying, food industry, biscuit drying, oil beverage drying, baking varnish and other building materials industry heat source supply below 350 degrees Celsius, food processing, food processing, food processing , Biscuit drying, oil extraction beverage drying, baking varnish, etc. D processing, wood processing, asphalt heating, carton production, vegetable dehydration, baking varnish, casting sand mold drying, etc. Check before starting the operating procedure 1. Whether the heating furnace and its surrounding environment are clean and free of debris, whether the furnace body, burner, controller, fire hole, chimney, etc. are normal; 2. Anti-process equipment and process check whether the expansion tank oil level is high At the 1/4-1/2 liquid level, whether the thermometer, pressure gauge, etc. are normal; 3. Turn on the power supply of the heating furnace control cabinet, check whether the voltage is normal, and check the indicator light and each display instrument. Whether it is normal; 4. Adjust the main gas pressure reducing valve and the secondary pressure reducing valve to control the pressure at 0.005Mpa. Start 1. Start the heat transfer oil circulating pump (save one set, prepare one, refer to the pump operation rules), after the pump is started, it will circulate normally for about 0.5 hours to stabilize the pressure; 2. Press the burner start button and observe the flame in the furnace Whether it burns normally. If it does not catch fire, restart the burner after troubleshooting. Furnace operation 1. Normally shut down and gradually cool down, turn off the burner, and stop burning; 2. When the hot oil temperature drops below 70°C, stop the operation of the hot oil circulating pump (refer to the pump operation procedure); 3. Turn off the total power SUP. The ply is well recorded. 4. Emergency shutdown If the boiler diesel burner is shut down due to an emergency, the boiler should be shut down quickly, and the burner should be removed along the burner hinge to form natural ventilation between the furnace and the chimney to dissipate the heat accumulation in the furnace. Allow the heat transfer oil to cool naturally to prevent overheating. Precautions 1. When checking, check whether there is leakage around the light oil burner of the heat transfer oil furnace. There should be sufficient fire fighting equipment near oil and electrical appliances. Water is forbidden as fire extinguishing agent. Accident prevention The main hazard of light oil burners in coal-fired heat transfer oil furnaces is fire. When the heat-conducting oil leaks from the coal-fired heat-conducting oil heating system, it is ignited or spontaneously ignited due to its high temperature, contact with the flame or close to the flame, causing a fire. In addition, the light oil burner of the coal-fired heat transfer oil furnace may also explode due to heat transfer oil and other reasons. In order to prevent accidents of light oil burners in coal-fired heat-conducting oil furnaces, it is necessary to start with both equipment and media. First of all, the equipment has sufficient strength and tightness, and will not break. Secondly, the heat transfer oil does not generate heat, does not deteriorate, flows normally, and heat exchanges normally. There are: 1. The coal-fired heat-conducting oil heating furnace used should be a qualified product of a national designated production enterprise. 2. The installation of the coal-fired heat conduction oil heating system is completed by the manufacturer or designated installation unit, and the quality is qualified and in compliance with the regulations. 3. The installation of the coal-fired heat conduction oil heating system is completed by the manufacturer or designated installation unit, and the quality is qualified and in compliance with the regulations. 4. The heat conduction oil supplier shall provide the physical and chemical properties of heat conduction oil and meet the requirements of national standards. The heat transfer oil should be tested once a year during use, and replaced or regenerated in time. 5. The light oil burner of the coal-fired heat transfer oil furnace should fully discharge air, water vapor and light components during the start-up process. During operation, the heat transfer oil should maintain a high enough flow rate to prevent the pump from powering off and the heat transfer oil from overheating or coking. The filter should be cleaned regularly. 6. The safety devices of the light oil burner and heating system of the coal-fired heat conduction oil furnace should be complete, and the over-temperature and over-pressure protection devices should be sensitive and reliable. The risk of accidents involving coal-fired heat-conducting oil furnaces and light oil burners is generally chaotic, with personal injuries and relatively small economic losses. Personnel changes are large, with minor personnel, serious injuries and deaths, and large economic losses. Major, especially major riots, deaths of employees and groups, especially major economic losses. Maintenance of boiler diesel burner 1. The protection device and electrical control cabinet should be sensitive, reliable and clean: (1) Test the overpressure alarm and interlocking device, overtemperature alarm and interlocking device, and liquid limit alarm device once a week. The method is to alarm for over-temperature and over-pressure, reduce the control value, check whether the action is rapid, then readjust the shut-off valve on the nozzle of the level gauge, and open the level gauge valve. Observe the drop of the liquid level and pay attention to whether it can alarm within the limit liquid level. Check once a week whether the mercury interlock switch of the alarm interlock device is discolored and the contacts are not polluted. The wiring terminals are free of dust and rust, and the loose wiring terminals are used to replace the faulty switch. 2. Maintenance of safety accessories for heat-conducting oil boiler diesel combustion engine: (1) Maintenance of pressure gauge: Check the pressure gauge every day to observe whether the pointer in the gauge jumps, moves or leaks, and whether the surface is fuzzy. (2) Level gauge: Check whether the level gauge is leaking and the glass is dirty or damaged every day. (3) Thermometer: The thermometer should be clear and accurate, check the meter, the secondary meter should be consistent, and the temperature record should be normal. Close the drain trap valve once a month to check whether the pointer reaches zero and whether the pointer is flexible after opening. 3. Maintenance of the thermal oil boiler diesel burner body: 1. Decoking: The inner surface of the heating surface of the heat carrier furnace is cleaned at least once a year. Use XS-901 coal tar cleaning agent to clean the scale, preferably together with the entire thermal system of the pipeline. 2. Maintenance of the disabled furnace: After the furnace body is cooled, put the heat carrier furnace that has been disabled for a long time in the storage tank. The drain valve and exhaust valve of the storage tank are closed and isolated. Then introduce chlorine gas from the outlet of the expansion tank, the protection system pressure is 0.05-0.1Mpa, and the outer wall of the boiler diesel burner is completely dust-free. 3. Maintenance of auxiliary equipment and pipelines of heat-conducting oil boiler diesel combustion engine: (1) In daily operation, check whether the oil storage tank and pipeline valves are leaking, and whether the pipeline insulation is damaged. (2) Tighten the loose bolts in time, replace the sealing packing, and always ensure that the temperature of the expansion tank does not exceed 70°C. (3) Filter maintenance: When the inlet pressure of the oil pump is low, the pressure difference at the outlet of the heat carrier furnace decreases, and the circulating pump current is small, the pipeline should be opened in time to remove and clean the filter. (4) Overhaul of circulating oil pumps: most circulating oil pumps are water-cooled. Before starting the pump, turn on the cooling water. After stopping the pump, you can turn off the cooling water, regularly check the pump seals, replace the packing in time, and update the status. An air-cooled oil pump with a cooling water seal increases safety. ! If you are interested in diesel combustion engines, please contact us for a quote!
