The reason for this may be the deterioration of the liquid caused by internal heat. If it is a new heat transfer fluid, it may be due to the moisture in its internal voltage or gas blocking the system under high temperature voltage. The valve should be opened in time to remove the fluid. 3. Reduce the current value of the internal circulation pump. When the outlet voltage pump value is in the initial state, it means that the internal circulation pump is idling without oil supply. It may be oil vaporization, find out the cause of the corresponding measures and remedy; if the filter is clogged and the circulation pump has been emptied, please open the side channel to clean the filter in time. If the newly added heat transfer fluid contains water or water, the decomposition gas cannot be removed in time in the system, and the valve should be opened to discharge the gas. 4 The exit temperature of the liquid phase heat carrier furnace is low, the heating is insufficient, and the exhaust gas temperature exceeds 300°C. The main reason is the ash problem. Soot should be blown in time. If the exhaust gas temperature is low, it is mainly a combustion problem, mainly a lack of wind. Although the furnace is under positive pressure, the blast volume is not open, the temperature of the furnace is low, and the combustion intensity is not enough. It is important to check whether the water seal of the slag remover and the exhaust port of the dust collector at the rear of the furnace are well sealed and whether there is a large amount of cold air leakage. 5. When the pressure difference of the filter equipment increases and the pressure of the pressure pump port drops, it may be that the material in the filter screen is blocked, so it should be cleaned when applying. 6. When the grate in the thermal oil boiler diesel burner does not work, check whether the chain is too loose, whether the sprocket gear is bad, or the chain is worn seriously. At this time, the measures that should be taken are to adjust the length and distance of the screws to tighten the grate. If it still does not work properly, replace the entire sprocket. 7. When the grate of the thermal oil boiler diesel burner is stuck. It may be that the grate piece is broken or the pin falls off and the grate piece is loose; metal inclusions in the coal block the grate; the grate plate is arched; the tip of the slag baffle (eagle iron) sinks to block the grate. Treatment: Turn the grate upside down to remove debris and replace the broken grate before starting. If the grate gets stuck after starting, correct the valves on both sides before starting the furnace. The burner temperature control is based on the internal temperature of the furnace, its temperature and the amount of air supplied during fuel gasification. The adjustment of the boiler diesel burner load is controlled by the adjustment of the feed volume. The combusted flue gas enters the convection flue through the furnace chamber for heat transfer, then enters the dust collector for purification treatment, and finally is discharged to complete the entire process of combustion and heat transfer.
