The ratio of fuel and water is unbalanced and the outlet temperature of the separator is abnormal. 2. The influence of changes in coal quality or combustion conditions, such as lifting the load too fast; abnormal operation of the coal pulverizer and pulverizing system; automatic device failure to increase or decrease the air volume range is too large. 3. Changes in the center of the furnace flame, such as damage to the bottom of the water seal, and insufficient downstroke of the W flame. 4. The desuperheater control cannot make the desuperheater flow rate abnormally decrease or increase. 5. The water temperature changes suddenly. 6. The wind and coal do not match. 7. Secondary combustion on the heating surface. 8. The stove is severely burnt or ash. 9. The heating surface leaks and the tube explodes. 10. The opening of the flue gas baffle is abnormal. 11. There is a sudden change in coal quality. 12. The uniformity of powder feeding varies greatly. Handling 1. The imbalance of coal water slurry caused by unit coordination failure should be eliminated from coordination immediately. According to the current demand load and referring to the steam superheat after starting the separator, adjust the fuel quantity and the corresponding water supply quantity. When the coal water slurry is out of adjustment, the adjustment of coal water should be avoided. When the water-to-coal ratio is relatively stable, further adjust the load. Contact maintenance in time. 2. When the water supply system fails, attention should be paid to the conditions in the furnace. When the automatic coordination and working status are greatly changed, manual intervention should be avoided as much as possible. It will work automatically when coordination and abnormalities occur. Manual adjustments should be made. The water flow is stable and separated according to the water supply flow. After the steam overheating temperature, adjust the fuel quantity, cooperate with the primary and secondary desuperheating water to quickly control the main steam temperature within the normal range; contact for maintenance in time. 3. As the load increases or decreases too fast, the load change rate should be adjusted; the thermal load of the boiler diesel burner should be adjusted quickly to keep the main steam pressure stable. 4. If the warm water automatic adjustment is abnormal, the corresponding warm water regulator should be switched to manual. If necessary, the temperature at the midpoint of the water supply control system can be corrected, or the water supply control can be changed to manual control. 5. Severe coking and ash accumulation in the furnace cause the main steam temperature to be abnormal. The overheating of the steam at the outlet of the separator can be properly corrected, so as to blow soot on the furnace and heating surface in time for adjustment. After blowing soot, the outlet temperature of the screen superheater or high temperature superheater still exceeds the normal value, and the regulating door of the first or second stage cooling water is fully opened. Check whether the air distribution and combustion system of the furnace are normal. After inspection and treatment, the excessively high temperature still needs to reduce the unit load. 6. Adjust the flue gas damper to a proper opening. 7. If the water seal at the bottom of the furnace is lost, it will return to normal immediately. 8. Strengthen the monitoring of steam turbine expansion, differential expansion, axial displacement, axial vibration and bearing shell temperature. If there is any abnormality, it should be dealt with according to relevant regulations. 9. After taking the above measures, if it is ineffective, immediately reduce the load. 10. When the main steam temperature before the main steam drops sharply by 50°C within 10 minutes, it should be stopped in an emergency. Abnormal temperature of reheated steam 1. Alarm for abnormal temperature of reheated steam. 2. When the temperature of the reheated steam changes rapidly, the expansion, differential expansion and vibration of the steam turbine will undergo abnormal changes. Scaling, coking, ashing, etc. on the water wall in the furnace result in high flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet. 5. Leakage on the heating surface of the reheater, tube burst or secondary combustion. 6. The high side is wrongly opened, the warm water behind the high side is not adjusted normally, and the steam temperature is high. 7. Reheat the steam pipe to burst. Treatment 1. If the warm water or flue gas adjustment baffle of the reheater undergoes abnormal automatic adjustment, it should be cut to normal manual adjustment immediately. 2. If the air volume is too large, the normal air volume should be adjusted in time. 3. If the water wall of the furnace becomes dirty, the water wall should be blown soot, and the main steam temperature can be appropriately reduced if necessary. 4. Leakage on the heating surface of the reheater, pipe burst or secondary combustion of the reheater, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the reheated steam, in addition to timely cooling measures, the reheater treatment should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. 5. When the temperature of the reheated steam on the turbine side drops sharply by 50°C within 10 minutes, an emergency shutdown should be performed. 6. If the operation is on the high-pressure side, please close it immediately and adjust the steam temperature on the high-pressure side within the specified range. Abnormal main steam pressure 1. The main steam pressure deviates from the normal value corresponding to the current load. 2. The main steam temperature increases or decreases abnormally along the path. 3. The unit load increases or decreases sharply. 4. The water flow increases or decreases abnormally. 5. When PCV is 'automatic', the pressure reaches the upper limit and starts to move. Why 1. Load control failed. 2. Automatically control water supply failure. 3. The main control valve of the steam turbine operates abnormally and closes. 4. The load of the unit changes suddenly. 5. The PCV valve and safety door of the boiler diesel burner operate the starter incorrectly or have serious internal leakage. 6. Misopen high side or serious internal leakage. 7. There is a sudden change in fuel quality. 8. The combustion system of the boiler diesel burner is malfunctioning. 9. Leakage of superheated steam system. Treatment 1. Coordinate and control the cutting device and manually adjust the water supply balance. 2. Prevent the occurrence of overpressure and overtemperature. 3. The pressure can be restored by increasing the valve opening of the steam turbine, but pay attention to the overload of the unit. 4. Contact maintenance and check the reason for the abnormal closing of the main switch door. If it cannot be handled, apply for shutdown. 5. Close the wrongly opened PCV and high side. If the forced shutdown is invalid or the internal leakage is too serious to deal with, the furnace should be shut down. 6. Close the side of the wrong opening height. 7. If the height is close to serious internal leakage, the machine should be shut down. 8. Leakage of superheated steam should be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. !
