If the leak is too severe to be effectively blocked, the system must be stopped for repairs or parts replacement. Matters needing attention 1. For the oil and gas heat transfer oil boiler diesel burner with heat transfer oil as the heat carrier, the system should be equipped with an expansion water tank, a water storage tank, safety components, measuring instruments and control devices. 2. When the heat transfer oil is put into use, start the circulating oil pump during the running phase, and start ignition and heating after running for half an hour. When using for the first time, the temperature should rise slowly, about 20℃ per hour. When the temperature rises to 180~200℃, the temperature should be kept for a period of time before normal use. 3. When using, check carefully and strictly prevent the leakage of water, acid, alkali and low boiling point substances into the use system. The system should be equipped with a filter device to prevent all kinds of debris from entering and to ensure the purity of the oil. 4. After six months of use, oil analysis should be performed. If poor heat transfer or other abnormal conditions are found after long-term use, the oil should be analyzed, added or replaced according to the analysis results. Standard dosage: basic carbon must not be greater than 1.0%, acid value must not be greater than 0.5mgK(OH)/g, ignition point change must not be less than 20%, viscosity change must not be greater than 10%, and the new oil should be replaced. 5. In order to ensure the normal service life and heat conduction effect of heat transfer oil, it is strictly prohibited to use over temperature.
