When using, check carefully and strictly prevent the leakage of water, acid, alkali and low boiling point substances into the use system. The system should be equipped with a filter device to prevent all kinds of debris from entering and to ensure the purity of the oil. 4. After six months of use, oil analysis should be performed. If poor heat transfer or other abnormal conditions are found after long-term use, the oil should be analyzed, added or replaced according to the analysis results. Standard dosage: basic carbon must not be greater than 1.0%, acid value must not be greater than 0.5mgK(OH)/g, ignition point change must not be less than 20%, viscosity change must not be greater than 10%, and the new oil should be replaced. 5. In order to ensure the normal service life and heat conduction effect of heat transfer oil, it is strictly prohibited to use over temperature.
