Matters needing attention When checking the circuit, please pay attention to check whether there is electricity leakage around the heat-conducting oil furnace and light oil burner. Sufficient oil-electric fire-fighting equipment should be equipped nearby. Do not use water as a fire extinguishing agent. Troubleshooting 1. The temperature of the outlet oil is too high. When the outlet oil temperature exceeds the outlet oil temperature by 20°C or more than 350°C, the computer will flicker over temperature, and the controlled equipment will be forcibly shut down. 2. The flue gas temperature is too high. When the flue gas temperature exceeds the set limit temperature of 300 ℃, the flue temperature is too high indicator will shut down the controlled equipment. 3. Low pressure difference When the oil pressure at the inlet and outlet of the boiler diesel burner is lower than the set pressure difference, the computer will indicate a fault and force the controlled equipment to shut down. 4. Overpressure When the oil pressure of the boiler diesel combustion engine is higher than the set high pressure point, the computer malfunctions and the controlled equipment is forcibly shut down. 5. Power prompt When the system grid voltage exceeds the normal working range (180v-260v), the screen fault prompt will not cause the equipment to interlock. Matters needing attention 1. For the oil and gas heat carrier boiler diesel burner with heat transfer oil as the heat carrier, the system should be equipped with an expansion tank, water storage tank, safety components, measuring instruments and control devices. 2. When the heat transfer oil is put into use, start the circulating oil pump at the beginning of the operation. After running for half an hour, start ignition and heating. The temperature should be raised slowly during the first use, and the temperature should be about 20℃ per hour. When the temperature rises to 180~200℃, and keep it warm for a period of time, it can be used normally. 3. Check carefully during use to prevent leakage of water, acid, alkali and low boiling point substances into the use system. The system should be equipped with a filtering device to prevent all kinds of debris from entering and to ensure the purity of the oil. 4. After half a year of use, the oil should be analyzed once. After long-term use, if poor heat transfer or other abnormal conditions are found, the oil should be analyzed, added or replaced according to the analysis results. Judgment criteria: basic carbon is not more than 1.0%, acid value is not more than 0.5mgk(OH)/g, ignition point change is not less than 20%, viscosity change is not more than 10%, one of which exceeds the standard should be replaced with new oil. 5. In order to ensure the normal service life and heat conduction effect of heat transfer oil, it is strictly prohibited to use it under over temperature. 6.
